  It took me 45 minutes to find a park. I paid $20 in advance as I knew we could be there for 3+ hours. After 15 minutes I dropped off my wife otherwise she would be late for her appointment. I then circled the car park in the most bizarre experience what seemed a deserted car park. Every now and then I would see a car enter then leave. I went up and down hoping that a space would appear. There's a clause stating there may not be a spot available however if you run an online booking system then get your gear in line to ensure it's available. Avoiding at all costs. It was like parking at chistmas except the most valuable item of the day is that blessed spot where you can turn the car off....never again.

  Parked overnight and they tried to charge me $30...pressed the intercom on the machine and they were so rude! Told me to just shove the ticket in. Made payment for $10 and no ticket was issued.

  Got to the gate to exit, asks me to pay a further $20. Press the intercom and he says "yeah I'm sure you put the ticket in" really arrogantly. I was being polite and speaking respectfully and they treated me like a piece of trash. Tried to deny I made the $10 payment and said go back and pay again. I refused and told him my Internet banking clearly shows the $10 deduction plus card fee. Second call and they let me out.

  Don't waste your time coming to this car park. They ruined my morning after a night shift and treated my like garbage. So disappointed. All they care about is ripping people off... how dare they try and trap us in their car park!! That's against the law.
